S is a 14/14.5in neck
M is a 15/15.5in neck
L is a 16/16.5in neck
XL is a 17/17.5in neck
2XL is a 18/18.5in neck
3XL is a 19/19.5in neck
Sleeve lengths are measured from middle of back of neck to the wrist. For men this is usually always an odd number in the 30's. If your arm is an even number go up to the next odd size.
